A design focused on creating pockets of space that lend to providing multiple ways to experience the property. The key was to control the sightlines of the seating areas so that each felt unique but didn't get claustrophobic.  By shifting the taller landscaping to the edges and using a shorter but dense raised planter in the middle, each pocket had a sense of privacy without losing the important moments of interaction between them.
